Issue:
Have incoming SSL running on port 465 /587 (SMTP secure) port, but would rather have SSL working on port 25 via TLS.
Solution:
1. Open up the server's configuration document.
2. Follow the tabs: Router/SMTP --> Restrictions and Controls --> Advanced ... --> Commands and Exceptions
3. Change the field, SSL negotiated over TCP/IP port, to Enabled.
