Issue:
User reads a document. When user closes the document and returns to the Inbox (or another folder), the document still displays as unread.
Cause:
The "Do not mark modified documents as unread" and the "Mark parent note on reply or forward" may be unchecked. Make sure both are checked.
If they are not checked, visit the template (e.g. iNotes6) and set those checks on the template. Design refresh the mail files.
