Issue:
You have checked to always start Domino as a service and you'd like to run it as an application instead.

Solution:
Reset to keys back to 0 in the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\lotus\domino\1\DontAskAgainchange
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\lotus\domino\1\RunAsService
