Task:
Need log bundle off of Workspace One / IDM.
Steps:
1. Login into the configuration management endpoint:
https://idmserver.mindwatering.net:8443/cfg
2. Prepare and download the bundle:
Log File Locations (left menu) --> Prepare log bundle (button)
After a few seconds, the log bundle will display under the button as a link like below. Click it.
idmserver.mindwatering.net-2023.01.02.03.04.05.zip
Specific Log Locations on Linux:
IDM Service logs:
/opt/vmware/horizon/workspace/logs/horizon.log
Configurator logs of requests into its REST and Web interfaces:
/opt/vmware/horizon/workspace/logs/configurator.log
Connector logs of each request received into the Web interface:
/opt/vmware/horizon/workspace/logs/connector.log
/opt/vmware/horizon/workspace/logs/connector-dir-sync.log
Apache Tomcat Miscellaneous Logs:
/opt/vmware/horizon/workspace/logs/catalina.log
