Shared Calendar Cannot Be Enabled in Mail File

Issue:
Have mail file with another overlay calendar added, but the overlay calendar cannot be checked/enabled. Error message is: "Do not have access to either the Notes calendar events ..." However, opening shared calendar manually confirms that user has access to the calendar mail file.

Solution:
User's mail file was local. However the shared calendar overlay mail file was only on the server. The fix is to create a local replica of the second calendar and then check the box to overlay it.
